Image : NGC3 / NGC7838 cluster near RA 0:0:0

(The NGC Greenwich cluster)

I was going to wait for Abell194 to come higher in the sky, while looking for a target for the 10inch F4 Newtonian scope. In the constellation Pisces a small cluster of galaxies is marking the line where the NGC catalog wraps around from NGC 7838 to NGC3. Due to precession the point no longer coincides with RA 0:0:0 and today is near RA 0:07. The image below is a 3k x 2k crop from the original to show the little cluster better.
